I decide to use VC++5 again. Because the re-distribution conditions of VC++7 runtimes are not clear for me.

New binaries 'ruby-1.6.7-20020801' and 'ruby-1.7.2-20020807'.
New binaries 'vrswin-020629', 'vruby-020727', 'rubywin-0.0.4.1', 'win32ole-0.4.8.1-01' and 'tmail-0.10.5-all'. The binary of 'vrswin-020629' is re-compiled one.
