You can get i386 and x64 binaries from "Release".
They contains the fixes of a vulnerability, so I recommend 1.9.1 users to update.

ruby-1.9.1-p129 has released. i386 and x64 binaries are available.
These contains security fix so I recommend to upgrade.

And, ruby-1.8.7-p160 and ruby-1.8.6-p368 have also released.
Sorry for late of preparation of the binaries of them.
These contains security fix, too. Of course, I recommend to upgrade.
