New binaries 'racc-1.4.3-all' and 'tmail-0.10.6-all'.
The extension libraries which use ruby's IO are not compatible between ruby 1.6.7 and ruby 1.6.8. Since I didn't notice that, the libraries for 1.6.7 and the libraries for 1.6.8 were intermingled here. But now, all extension libraries here are for 1.6.8. So, use ruby-1.6.8-preview3 :)
