Simon: it's not a problem with Rubygems, it's a problem with not having Rubygems in the package. Either 1) un-set the RUBYOPT environment variable, 2) install Rubygems, or 3) add an empty file named "ubygems.rb" (that's right, no R in front) to your load path (e.g. lib\ruby\1.8\ubygems.rb).

where the hell is preview2? have you passed away or something???

I passed preview2 because its original source tarball had packaging problem and I couldn't compile it with VC++. (of course I knew how to solve the problem, but the policy of this site disturbed making binary.)

BTW, now I've put preview3 binary. You can enjoy it until our Santa releases the official version.
